It lies in the main building "Casa Colonica".
It is divided into 3 separate rooms for the winter season:

bullet

one smoker’s room with 12 seats and a chimney,

bullet

one middle-sized room with 18 seats,

bullet

one large room with 20-25 seats and a chimney.

During the summer period the meals are served in the open in the patio facing the green park, to the right, the hills of Monte S. Maria Tiberina on top of which lies the village with its castle, which at sunset, when hit by heavenly colours in the background, assumes contours suspended between real and unreal.

To the left, the wide valleys towards Mount Subasio, behind which, in summer, often the moon rises creating a magic vision for the dining guests in the patio.
The restaurant prepares simple dishes, looked after by Carmela personally and cooked on the spot each day while trying, if possible, 

to use produce of our own production or else choosing first quality ingredients. Cakes, liquors, preserves are all home-made.
Ours is a Mediterranean cuisine using typical Umbrian products and typical products of other Italian regions and is therefore very various.

La nostra è una cucina mediterranea con prodotti tipici umbri e prodotti tipici di varie regioni d’Italia e quindi molto varia.

Strangozzi (home-made pasta) with truffles

Roasted lamb with potato-pie

Grilled Scamorza-cheese with salad

Cream puffs, coated with burnt sugar

A New Year’s Eve menu:

Hors d’Œuvres served with Prosecco-wine:

Smoked salmon with wild fennel butter and toast-bread

Fresh fried salmon with balsamic vinegar, rocket and fruit

Pieces of stockfish with cherry tomatoes from the Vesuvius, olives from Gaeta and capers from Pantelleria

Pieces of swordfish with fresh shrimps’ sauce

Orecchiette (Apulian pasta) with clams

Butter rice with braised wild boar

Chicken and duck galantine

with white cabbage salad, fruit, and mixed pickles,

served with red wine;

Oranges and walnuts in vodka ,

Cassata (Sicilian ice-cream cake)

Liquors and Grappas

At midnight: fireworks,

dried fruit, champagne, struffoli (honey-coated fritters), panettone (Christmas cake of Milan), pandoro (Christmas cake of Verona) and nougat

After midnight: 

Lentils and cotechino (spiced pork sausage)

Roccocò (Neapolitan sweet)

Card plays and bingo
